By processing an order with SIRS, or through a Website, you agree that the number of courses selected is within a close proximity to the number of courses required to satisfy relevant Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”) regulations and that SIRS has the right to cancel any order we believe excessively exceeds your BSA regulatory requirement. In addition, you understand SIRS may terminate your access to courses that are not completed within 12 months from the time of your order. You agree that SIRS has the right to terminate an account at any time if SIRS has reason to believe that the user is fraudulently accessing the courses for unauthorized reasons.
